Yoga, meditation and mindfulness have been around for centuries.  The healing components of the practice begin with the body, permeate into the mind, and expands throughout the soul.  The postures of yoga, along with the other seven "limbs" of the practice can assist in exploring peace in your life. 

Using the postures of yoga, myofacial release, stretching and strengthening the body, along with breathwork and meditation; Jackie will guide you through practices that will release physical and emotional aches, pains and struggles; leaving you feeling lighter and more at ease.

You can expect to practice pranayama, asana and dhyana in each of her classes and a style of yoga that blends tantra, vinyasa flow and kundalini. The inspiration that fuels her teaching includes the sutras, energy, ayurveda, psychology, mind/body awareness and most of all, embodying joy and gratefulness in our experiences together.
